Kenpo Kids

KENPO KIDS PROGRAM

For children four to six, the Kenpo Kids Program teaches basic concepts of discipline, fair play, and personal safety in a setting of fun and challenging activities.

Emphasis is placed on reinforcing the good habits of exercise and behavior, as well as teaching awareness of "stranger danger" and basic emergency response such as knowing key names and phone numbers.

The students are given a simplified understanding of Kenpo skills that they can build upon as they move through the program.

Students can set and achieve goals as they move through the charted Kenpo Kids belt system.

VIDEO & MANUAL RESOURCES

We are currently updating our curriculum - New trainingmaterials coming soon!!!

We have added video and manual links to assist AIK Students in their training. Please understand that the video clips wereintended to provide additional resource only to remind them of what was covered in class. While the video clips are brief, the manuals are much more indepth and should be used to further your understanding of the concepts and principles presented in class.

THESE TRAINING MATERIALS ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY. A QUALIFIED INSTRUCTOR IS ALWAYS YOUR PRIMARY AND BEST RESOURCE FOR TRAINING (THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR BEING IN CLASS).
